Claim Monetization Agreement (CMA)

If your claim on ClaimBack42 has been accepted, you may optionally assign the economic rights to CyTel42 and receive C42S security tokens. This page explains the CMA and links to the official documents.

What the CMA Does

  • Transfers economic rights of an accepted claim to CyTel42 (exclusive or non‑exclusive)
  • Sets the basis for issuing C42S security tokens to the claimant
  • Requires KYC/AML and sanctions screening; subject to jurisdictional limits
  • Does not guarantee recovery, returns, liquidity, or listing
